Thursdays: May 30, June 6, June 13
We will take field trips around the area focused on nature, history and government. Students will receive short readings to do before each trip. Teachers and students will talk about the readings during the field trips. Students should plan for morning field trips (sometime from 8am – 1pm).
We will provide transportation and entrance fees.
All field trips will start and end at Second Start, 17 Knight Street, Concord NH 03301
Thursday, May 30 from 8am-1pm:
Walking tour around the Basin. Students should bring picnic lunches and wear walking shoes.
Rainy Day option if needed.
Thursday, June 6 from 8am-1pm
Museum visit – location to be determined
Thursday, June 13 from 8am-1pm:
Tour of the NH State House
Followed by a walking tour around Main Street and/or visit to Concord Public Library
